He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Candice Henney, Edward Bryant, Kenneth Schultz and Jack Jones; and his great-grandparents, Mable East, Frank Fox and Christine Bryant.
He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Kenneth Schultz and Brandy Nicole Koontz (Bryant); his siblings, Darin Dixon of Hamilton, OH., Rogan Schultz of Fairfield, OH., Katelynn Dixon of Hamilton, OH., Jazz Jones Jr. of Columbus, Jackson Shipley of Columbus and Andrew Jones of Columbus; his grandmother Linda Jones of Columbus; his uncle Chris Fox of Austin, TX.; and his aunts, Cailey Jones of Columbus and Cori Thayer of Columbus.
