Burns; her close friend Doug Turner of Columbus; her husband Corey Douglas of Jennings County; her children, Cory and Colten Douglas of Columbus; her sister Melany Alvey of South Bend; her grandparents, Alice Burns of Columbus, Kathy Tellas of Ogilville, Tom and Linda White of Osgood; her aunt Wendy Bailey (Scott) of North Carolina; and her uncle Rick Burns (Candy) of Columbus. She is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.
