She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. Summers and Alma J. Summers (Walker); her brother Robert V. Summers; and her son Shane Dolphin. She is survived by: her son Everett E. Dolphin; her sister Anna Bogard (Larry) of Columbus; her sister-in-law Karen Summers of Woodland Park, Colorado.; her nieces and nephews, Trent Bogard (Renee) of Seymour, Tracy Walden (Fred) of Spencer and Theresa Bogard of Bloomington; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey Seymour (Kenn) of Greenwood, Nathan Bogard (Becky) of Louisville, Ryan, Hannah Walden of Spencer and Warren Seymour of Greenwood.
