He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Davis. He is survived by: his parents, Clarence Davis and Gloria Daugherty Davis of Chandler, Indiana; his daughter Jessica Oswalt (Brad) of Columbus; his granddaughters, Eloise and Charlotte Oswalt of Columbus; and his brothers, Kevin Davis of Washington and Keith Davis (Dana) of Vincennes, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
