She was predeceased by: her father Carl Conti. She is survived by: her mother Jane Conti (Cook); her husband Kyle Leach; her son Conner Conti Leach; her brother Charles Conti; her sister-in-law Cathy; and her nieces and nephews, Alaina Derrick and Lorin Osman.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to The American Cancer Association (donate3.cancer.org) or Indiana Youth Group (indianayouthgroup.org/giving).
