He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Frodge and Zona P. Harris Frodge; his spouse Lee Ann Flowers Whittington; his daughter Teena Mae Vazquez; his stepdaughter Janet Sue Pecorino; and his siblings, Morris Frodge and Doris Smock.
He is survived by: his children, Debrah Kay Hyden (Scott) of Harlan, KY, Sandra Faye Taylor (John) of Oklahoma City, OK, Carla Gay Haines of Anderson, Sheila Rae Chapple (Doug) of Anderson and Lora Jaye Frodge (Jim) of Columbus; his stepchildren, James Edward Bollock (Eva) of Burkesville, KY, Patricia Scroghan of Columbus, Kay Padget of Columbus, Vickie Scroghan (Kenneth) of Columbus and Jeffery Allen Whittington (Merna) of Columbus; and his brother Harrel DeLaine Frodge (Alice). He is also survived by several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
