He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Jackson and Edith Patterson Jackson; his wife Maxine; his stepchildren, Jerry Henry and Barbara Wilkerson; and his siblings, Noble Jackson, Ruby Wade and Ruth DeHart.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Whittington (Gene Carlton) of Morristown, Indiana; his brother Charles Jackson (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Beth James, Toni Roberts, Tim Smiley (Kris) and Terry Smiley (Lisa). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the V.F.W. Post #1987 in memory of Cecil.
