With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecilia Ann Lay of Columbus, Indiana, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on January 6, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Mandel and Mary Ballauf Mandel; and her husband Joseph M. Lay. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Bundy (Don) of Greensburg, Pat Lay (Val) of Powell, Nancy Seal (Tom) of Bloomington, Mike Lay of Greenwood, Kathy Watts (Will) of Columbus and Mary Byrum (Rocky) of Greenwood; and her brother William Mandel (Donna) of St. Paul, Minnesota. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
