He is survived by: his children, Charles Mike Mullis (Jen) of Columbus, Rita Hahn of Columbus, Crystal Mullis of Columbus, Michelle Spray (Steve) of Columbus and Carla Kedrowitz of Columbus; his stepdaughter Trudy Hughes (Kenneth) of Columbus; and his siblings, Tommy Mullis of Kentucky, Jackie Mullis of Columbus, Darlene Mullis of Columbus and Doris Henderson of Bloomington. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
