He was predeceased by: his sister Bonnie Jean. He is survived by: his spouse Anna Lee Mccoy; his children, Kevin Green (Addie) and Michelle Anne Matney (Jay); his great grandchildren, Rydon Axsom and Willow Axsom; his brother Tom Green (Betty); and also, Scarlett, Amber Axsom (Steven) and Sean Matney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Love Chapel (Brighter days) for the Homeless or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
