He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kenneth Reeves, James Elkins, Pauline Penrose and Thelma Gourley (Peg); and his granddaughter Melissa Sue.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Mark Elkins of Brown County, Sherry Elkins of Brown County, Amy Fowler (Greg) of Columbus and Andrea Wolff (Matt) of Atlanta Georgia. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great- grandsons.
Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Brown County Humane Society in memory of Charles.
