He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleah Blanche Reed Garrett and Clarence Garrett; his siblings, Robert Garrett and Lucille Foster; his children, Teresa Ann Garrett and Robert L. Garrett; and his grandson Joshua Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his children, Kevin Garrett (Andrea), Angela Bowman (Dale), Tina Timms, Steven Bingham, Joe Warner (Yolanda), Sarah Warner, Chiquita Snyder (John), Clarence Jr. Garrett (Mary), Jenni Moore (Lonnie), James Garrett, Dee Garrett and Lea Rebennack (Ron); his sister Leona Smith; and his stepson Jack Hamilton (Kim). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for Children or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
