He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Martin Culp (Rick Kirby) of Hope, Indiana; his grandson Nathan Culp (Jill) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon of Fort Wayne, Indiana., Grace of Fort Wayne, Indiana. and Sawyer Culp of Fort Wayne, Indiana..
