He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Blair and Nedoma Blair (Bolin); and his siblings, Janet Blair, Kermit and Travis Blair.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Losey (Jim) of North Vernon and Tina Ellis (Bob) of North Vernon; his siblings, Kenny Blair of North Vernon and Vontris Kinsey of Terre Haute; and his grandchildren, Joe Hawkins of Sellersburg, Shelly Baker, Katie Hawkins, David Ellis, Kayla Zimmerman, Toyce Cord and Nick Losey. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
