He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Chasteen and Ralph Green; his grandparents, Burl, Ethyl Green, Millard and Lessie Chasteen; and his sister Martha Green Satterly.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gary, Terry, Randy, Mark Green and Sandy; his daughter Alison Johnson (Ryan); and his granddaughters, Alana, Arie and Addison Johnson. He is also survived by his three granddaughters, only daughter and son-in-law.
