He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Hadley and Beulah M. Pulliam Hadley; and his brothers, Keven and Ronald Hadley. He is survived by: his wife Lynda L. Small; his children, Robert E. Noblitt of Columbus and Gayle Kerns (Bobby) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Hayley Kerns, Dakota Kerns, Jacob Bowman, Bryant Kerns, Morgan Kerns and Mekayla Noblitt; his great grandchild Makenzie Shane; and his brother Ricky Hadley of Greensburg.
