He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton O'Neal and Inez O'Neal (Miller); his former wife Creta O'Neal (Weikert); his son Joel N. O'Neal; his brother Leeland; and his sister-in-law JoAnn O'Neal.
He is survived by: his son Darrel; his spouse Creta Weikert; his children, John O'Neal (Brenda) and Amy Ogilvie (Cary Phillips); his daughter-in-law Rhonda O'Neal; and his grandchildren, Christopher O'Neal (Laura), Alisha Clinkenbeard, Jessica Yates (Tony), Nathaniel Nentrup (Karlie), Kristen Quinn (Joshua), Katherine Douglas (Eric McBee), Nicholas O'Neal (Amelia), Arron O'Neal (Kena), Katrina Pender (Eric) and Kristen Isbell (Matt).
