Rucker; his children, Brandy Turney of Connersville, Joe Turney of Connersville and Shawn Turney of Connersville; and his stepchildren, Ashley Roberts (Darrel) of Richmond, Emily Vest and Dora Vest. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; and 1 sister.
