He is survived by: his wife Donna Byrnes; his children, Jeana Smith (Tony) of Columbus and David Blondell, II (Karrie) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Amanda Ross (Josh) of Franklin, Devin Smith of Seymour and Lauryn Blondell of Columbus; his great grandchildren, Rhett and Wrenley Ross of Franklin; his brother Darrell Blondell of Jefferson City, TN; and his sister-in-law Kay Blondell of Martinsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
