He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Bishop and Doris Percifield Bishop; and his siblings, Phyllis Pruitt, Charlene Bair and Stanley Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane of Columbus; his children, Stacy Foist of Columbus, Jennifer Emmert (Brad Beach) of Columbus and Andrew Emmert of Columbus; his grandchildren, Haley Foist, Sage Hancock, Bladen Hancock, Emily Beach and Adilynn Beach; his great grandchildren, London Ayers and Ryder Ayers; and his siblings, Dean Bishop (Bev) of Columbus and Cheryl Hendry of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
