Dearl E. Sweeney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dearl E. Sweeney of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on June 15, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dearl E. Sweeney to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar L. Sweeney and Pauline E. Thomas Sweeney; his wife Betty L. Poffenberger; and his siblings, Lorene Brooks and Donnie Sweeney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Crosby (Bill) of Greenwood and Becky Arbuckle (Ken) of Fishers; and his brothers, Chester Sweeney (Wanda) of Florida and Norval Sweeney (Vicki) of Columbus. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Indy Honor Flight.
