He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rogalle and Lena Rogalle; and his son Richard Rogalle. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Rogalle; and his daughter Suzanne Phillips (Gary).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in DeWayne's honor to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
