He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Misner and Mary Blanche Stringer Misner; and his son Michael L. Misner. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Misner of Columbus; his children, Mary A. Hargitt of Columbus and James Edward Misner (Karen) of Greensburg; and his brother Raymond Dale Misner of Westport. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
In keeping with CDC and Indiana guidelines, social distancing must be followed and masks are required.
