He was predeceased by: his grandmother Lucille Allen. He is survived by: his father Billie E. of Columbus; his stepmother Maerene Allen of Columbus; his mother Lillian Pettay of Seymour; and his siblings, Barbara Stough (Kenny) of Seymour, Teresa Pheral (Ronald) of Commiskey, Greg Allen (Tessa) of Columbus and Brian Allen (Kellie) of Nashville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
