He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer H. L. and Linnie M. Dietrich Otte; his wife Bernice Chalfant; and his siblings, Charles W. Otte, Jane Crockett, Sarah Mae Waskom and Ruth Otte.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, DeAnna Klimas, Brenda Otte, Brian Otte, Brent Otte, Jim Crockett, David Crockett, John Crockett, Jack Collingsworth, Jill Marie Kortenburg, Melinda Rog, Paul Collingsworth, Renee Baker, Scott Chalfant and Matthew Chalfant.
We do ask visitors to follow social distancing guidelines once inside the funeral home and masks are required.
