He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine L. Crouch Sandlin; and his brother Robert "Bob" Sandlin. He is survived by: his children, Bryce Sandlin (Kathy) and Jordan Sandlin (Susan); his grandchildren, Rebbecca Sipf (John), Joshua, Karin, Peyton and Logan Sandlin; his great grandchildren, Magdelene and Elijah Sipf; and his sister LeNeil Plummer.
