He is survived by: his children, Harry C., Cheri D. Chasteen (Leigh Ann Hudson) of Columbus, Michael Kent Chasteen (Phyllis) of Edinburgh and Brian Scott Chasteen of Greensburg; his granddaughters, Brittany Wiggington (Anthony) and Chelsea Chasteen (Bobby Starr); his great grandchildren, Carson Allen Michael Wiggington, Dorinda Lucille Ann Wiggington and Ezraya Michele Jo Wiggington; and his sister Sue Ann Handy (Loren) of Gosport, Indiana.
