He is survived by: his wife Sharon Templeton (Arnholt) of Columbus, IN; his siblings, David A. Templeton (Kasie) of Knoxville, John C. Templeton (Nikki) of Knoxville, Tennessee, Patricia Sexton (Bill) of Kingsport, Dorothy Spradlin of Nashville, Shirley Dillistone (Ron) and Rosalea Roberts of Glasgow, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Joshua Kern (Victoria) of Cincinnati, Natasha Snyder (John) of Bristol, Chelsea Williamson of Greenwood, Joseph P. Couch of Greenwood and Brandon Ladd of Greenwood. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
