He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Francis and Margaret Isabelle Irwin Williams, Sr.; his siblings, Barbara Chambers and Albert Francis Williams, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Jullie Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Stringer; his children, Patricia Williams of Indianapolis, Margaret Herrlee of Indianapolis, Eddie Williams (Becky) of Indianapolis, Beau Williams (Rebecca) of Tennessee and Eric Barnett (Jenni) of Brown County; and his brother Rodney Williams of Indianapolis. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
