We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2018, at the age of 95, Elbert Mayfield (Columbus, Indiana), born in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sons, Terry Allen (Paula) and James Daniel Mayfield (Jill). He is survived by: his child Cynthia Mayfield of Kokomo; his grandchildren, Wendy Mayfield of Greenwood, Michelle Fravel (Tony) of Greenwood, Brittany Mayfield of Noblesville, Jessica Jones of Corona, CA, Byron Seward (Rebecca) of Woodbridge, CA and Andrea Younts of Walton; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Fravel, Matthew Fravel of Greenwood, Alec Mayfield, Emily Mayfield of Oconomowoc, Brogan Younts of Walton and Dax Seward; his sister Polly Wells of Florence, KY; and his son Larry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was a regular supporter of Habitat for Humanity, & the family requests that donations be made to this worthy cause in lieu of flowers.
