We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2018, at the age of 78, Elsie R. Rogers (Columbus, Indiana), born in Gravel Switch, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brown Noe and Jessie Virginia Lane Noe; and her sisters, Rebecca Nelson, Genetta Foster, Mary Bell Carrico, Loraine Goldy, Bobbie Jean Noe, Sylvia Ann Blair, Isaac, Charles, Robert, Thomas, Bill, Clarence and Larue Noe.
She is survived by: her husband Randolph; her nieces and nephews, Rhonda Sue Foster of Louisville, Ron Foster of Brownsburg and Randy "Deano" Foster of Columbus; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Rogers (Phyllis) of Tallahassee, Florida, Betty Noe of Columbus and Mabel Noe of Louisville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
