He was predeceased by: his grandfather David Cavanaugh; and his uncle Kevin Cavanaugh. He is survived by: his parents, Kyle J. Cavanaugh and Susanne M. Phillips Cavanaugh of Columbus; his siblings, Ian Cavanaugh of Reno, Nevada and Cecilia Cavanaugh of Columbus; his grandparents, Ramona Cavanaugh of Lafayette, Thomas and Nancy Phillips of Lafayette, Indiana; and his uncles, Keith Cavanaugh of Chicago, Thomas Phillips II of West Lafayette and Michael Phillips of Rossville, Indiana. He is also survived by many great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and other relatives.
