With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faith Ann Hurd of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on March 27, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jon "Frank" Forrest and Virginia Wagner Forrest Verble; and her son Mark Hurd. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Hurd of Columbus; her son Jeff Hurd (Terri) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Blake Hurd, Connor Hurd and Lauren Hurd; her great grandchild Harper Dewees; and her brother David "Bud" Forrest (Rene) of Norman, Indiana..
