We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2021, at the age of 77, Farrell R. Phegley of Columbus, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Leon and Mary E. Holton Phegley; and his siblings, Edward Phegley and Rose Schafstall. He is survived by: his wife Jennie L. Pitts; and his grandchildren, Olivia Schuyler (Zach King), Lauren Phegley, Aiden Phegley, Meredith Phegley and Gwyneth Phegley.

We do ask that visitors follow the social distancing guidelines and masks are required.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Autism Society or Easterseals of Indiana.
