She was predeceased by: her son Michael Daugherty; and her brothers, Earl and Chester Fultz. She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Carr (Jeff) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Jeremy Rhoades of Lillian, Kristen Shade (Chad) of Columbus, Erica, Ashley, Jamie and Michelle; and her great grandchildren, Savana and Tyson Lavanway of Columbus.

Memorial contributions may be donated to Alzheimer's Association.
