It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fredrick E. Dieckmeyer of Columbus, Indiana, born in Seymour, Indiana, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Dieckmeyer and Myrtle Schneider Dieckmeyer; and his sisters, Doris Hoene and Sharon Hubbard. He is survived by: his former wife Judith Swartz; his wife Judy of Columbus; his son Damon Dieckmeyer (Michele) of Noblesville; his brother Roger Dieckmeyer (Ellie) of Crawfordsville; his brothers-in-law, Paul Hoene of Cortland and Roger Hubbard of Iowa; and his grandchildren, Alex of Noblesville, Emma Dieckmeyer of Noblesville, Kaleb of Noblesville and Brooke Parker of Noblesville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials May be made to St Peters Lutheran Church or The Barbershop Harmony Society of Franklin.
