He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Kelly and Virginia Perkinson Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Rita F. Cochran; his children, Timothy Kelly of Florence and Jana Kelly of Columbus; his grandchildren, Amanda Hammons of Ludlow, Justin Bunch of Huntington, Wesley Barger of Versailles, Lisa Kelly of Independence and Ryleigh Rayburn of Columbus; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Kyleigh, Jaxson, Graystin, Avery, Zayden and Eden.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Bartholomew County Historical Society.
