She was predeceased by: her parent Harry R.; her spouse John Perry Simmons; her son Tommy Simmons; her son-in-law John Baute; and her siblings, Ruth Glick, Edward Glick and Alice Rutan.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Simmons (Jo-Ellen) of Homer Glen, Don Simmons (Roseann) of Fort Wayne, Ron Simmons (Adele) of La Quinta, Betty Ann Garrett (Curtis) of Greenwood, Larry Simmons (Kathie) of Muncie, Catherine Simmons of Columbus and Bonnie Baute of Hope; and also, Nicos Panciocco and Gladys. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
