He was predeceased by: his spouse Carole A. Boyer. He is survived by: his parents, Grover W. and Mary E. Gates Crouch; and his siblings, Brenda Michaels of Columbus, Connie Oliver of Columbus, Dormilee Crouch of Columbus and Joseph C. Crouch of North Vernon. He is also survived by 5 nieces and 1 nephew.
