He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; and his sister Fran Rogers. He is survived by: his children, Diana Dawn "DeeDee" Appel (David) of Gosport, IN, Gary White (Shannon) of Coon Rapids, MN and Timothy Daniel White (Donna Marie) of Hertford, NC; and his siblings, Kay Parker and Tom White. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
