We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Helena Mae Gommel (Columbus, Indiana), born in Decatur, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel Riddle and Dannie Johnson Riddle; her son Olin Eugene; her husband Earl; her son Daniel Gommel (Marjorie) of Orlando; her close friend Connie Devers of Columbus; and her nephew Ed Gommel. She was also cherished by her five grandchildren, many greatgrandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the East Columbus United Methodist Church, Bartholomew County Humane Society, Wounded Warriors, or to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
