He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrique Toscano and Rita Salazar Toscano. He is survived by: his spouse Concepcion Martinez; and his sons, Verto Toscano (Silvia) of Indianapolis and Humberto Toscano (Artemisa) of Edinburgh. He is also survived by four brothers, three sisters, and five grandchildren.
