He was predeceased by: his father Jackie L. LaFollette Sr.; his wife Nettie LaFollette; and his mother Carolyn. He is survived by: his children, Jack LaFollette III (Katherine) and Alexandrea McIntosh; his grandchildren, Logan Krause, Blake Walker, Kaylee LaFollette, Jaxon LaFollette and Wade McIntosh (Mikey); his siblings, Jeffery LaFollette, Patsy Gross and Mary Katherine Esham (Tim); and his half-sister Tina Riley (Shannon).
