He is survived by: his parent James Lonzo Tays; his daughter Devin Tays of Columbus; his mother Carol Foster of Las Vegas; his siblings, Amy Everett (Darrin) of Columbus, Laura Cavaness (Carl) of Nipton, CA and Jeff Tays of Kokomo; and also Foster James. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
