James Ray Sweet Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ray Sweet of Columbus, Indiana, born in Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Sweet and Rosa A. Hodge Sweet; and his siblings, John, Homer, Henry Sweet, Frances Walls, Hazel Hobbs, Mary Sweet and Nancy Moore.
He is survived by: his spouse Terry L. DeBusk; his sons, Jeff Sweet (Karen) of Columbus and Steve Sweet (Michele) of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Bryce Minor (Cassy), Jessica Sweet (John Meyer), Cole Olibo, Jared Sweet, Sarah Sweet, Aaron Sweet, Joseph Sweet and Matthew Sweet; and his siblings, Clay Sweet (Darlene) of Lovett and Betty Holt (Ira) of Seymour. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
