She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Alfred and Lorena Lovins Rayburn, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Roy G. Faulkner; her children, Ray Faulkner (Christi) of Columbus and Julie Staples (Mike) of North Vernon; her grandchildren, Cody Caluya (Heather), Caleb Faulkner, Courtney Faulkner, Macayla Hearrell (Conner), Savannah Rushing and JJ Rushing; her great grandchildren, Chance, Emory, Kamrynn, Ryder and William; and her siblings, Judy Pedigo of Columbus, Phyllis Miller (Jim) of Elizabethtown, Joyce McIntosh (Gene) of Paris Crossing, Gracie Hull (Darrell) of Westport, Bobby Rayburn of Columbus and Dixie Pruitt of Scottsburg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
