It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Ellen Wheeler of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on April 12, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Boots and Corinne Wiley Boots; her husband Randall B. Wheeler; and her siblings, George Boots and Gloriana Richards.
She is survived by: her daughter Corinna Elizabeth "Corie" Wheeler of Columbus; her stepchildren, Penny Breugemann (David), Kelly Rocchio (Mike) and Michael Wheeler (Wendy); and her sister Jacqueline Speaker (Larry) of Columbus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distancing must be followed and masks are required at the funeral home and the church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Foundation or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
