She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Alexander and LaVerne Coldiron Steele; her son James Whitehead of Seattle, Washington; her stepdaughter Rose Carroll (Tony) of Madison; and her sister Sara Ogle of Columbus. She was also cherished by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
