Bense of Columbus; his children, Amy Bunch (William) of Bedford, Jerry R. Bense Jr. (Brittany) of Columbus, Paisley Bense of Columbus, Timmy Fivecoat of Columbus and Jessie Fivecoat of Columbus; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Fivecoat, Chevy Ray Bowling, Raylee Bense, Mayzee Bense and Jaxon Brooks; his siblings, Roger Bense (Robin) of Columbus and Betty Eudy (Danny) of Columbus; his nieces and nephews, Shelby Bense, Bridgett Burnett, Taylor Bense, Nick Bense, Jade Torres, Teresa Torres and Blanco Torres; his mother-in-law Fay Fivecoat of Columbus; and his sister-in-law Teresa Fivecoat.
