She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall and Betty; her husband Jeff Welch; her brother Roger Ott; and her nephew Seth Crossland.
She is survived by: her sons, Cameron Welch and Daniel Welch; her brothers, Mike Ott (Cindy) and Bruce Ott (Marsha); her parent-in-law John Welch; her significant other Mark Forster; and also Patsy Welch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and many devoted friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be made to Riley Children's Hospital, a cause near and dear to her heart.
